About the Project
The client is a best-in-class hyper-scale data centre specialist creating a platform for cloud, content, and large enterprise customers across the APAC region.
As owner representatives, the client required a senior EHS Consultant and Specialist to be deployed during the data centre construction phase and operations.
Our Senior EHS Consultant and Specialist assisted the client in identifying plans and actions to address EHS performance challenges, providing compliance support, and providing in-country EHS assurance support protocols for the evaluation and improvement of implemented EHS systems, all in accordance with the client’s EHS policies and management system.
Apart from providing the owner representatives, ESC consultants conducted monthly construction site audits of all sites in Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Sydney. Through our constant audits, we bring value to our client and their general contractors ensuring alignment to regulatory and industrial standards which includes full audit track records.
ESC also provided a comprehensive database of EHS regulatory compliance with in-country legislation critical for our client’s operations in the APAC region, legal register updates, as well as the creation of the ISO 45001 management system. ESC supported our client to achieve best in class safety performance and ensure their projects remain on track and on time.
