Senior Consultant (Process Safety and Risk)
Job Description
As a Senior Consultant at ESC, you will provide technical leadership in the delivery of risk advisory and process safety services across Asia. You will lead complex projects involving Quantitative Risk Assessments, Process Hazard Analyses and Process Safety Management while managing client relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
You will mentor junior team members, ensure technical excellence across project deliverables and contribute to the growth and development of ESC’s Safety and Risk Advisory practice. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability and commercial awareness.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex risk advisory and process safety projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Lead advanced studies including QRA, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, PSM, Safety Case and related risk assessments.
- Act as lead facilitator and technical reviewer for key project deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and providing trusted technical advice.
- Manage project budgets, resources, schedules and financial performance.
- Lead proposal preparation, tender submissions and other business development activities.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and service line growth.
- Mentor and supervise Consultants and Associate Consultants to support technical excellence and career development.
- Contribute to the development of ESC’s tools, methodologies and technical standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in process safety, risk assessment, engineering consultancy or a related industrial environment.
- Extensive experience leading QRA, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, PSM, Safety Case and related safety studies.
- Strong leadership, facilitation and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proven ability to develop consulting opportunities, prepare proposals and support business development activities.

Administrative Executive
Job Description
The Administrative Executive is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration and office operations of the Singapore office, ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally.
Reporting to the Senior Administrative Executive, this role supports the smooth running of office operations through the coordination of facilities, vendors, administrative systems and workplace support activities. The role will work closely with stakeholders across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong while supporting the implementation of regional administrative standards, processes and systems.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the Singapore office
- Manage office supplies, facilities, equipment and workplace maintenance requirements
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including IT support providers, building management and office suppliers, and monitor service delivery standards
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup, access arrangements and equipment coordination
- Maintain accurate employee, corporate and administrative records
- Support document management and filing systems to ensure records remain organised and readily accessible
- Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor documentation and invoice coordination
- Assist with the administration of insurance policies, licences, registrations and other corporate records

Job Description
The Senior Administrative Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administration and office operations across Malaysia, while supporting administrative activities in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Reporting to the HR and Administration Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring efficient office administration, effective vendor management, and the consistent implementation of administrative standards, processes and systems across supported locations.
The role will work closely with stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, and is responsible for managing and supporting the Singapore Administrative Executive to ensure the effective delivery of office operations and administrative services.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations across Malaysia
