This month, the company welcomed Antony Wong as Technical Director, who joins Senior Consultant Cindy Chung and Consultant Julie Chan, both of whom joined in March 2023.
With their unique expertise, experience and deep understanding of the local context, Antony, Cindy and Julie, together with ESC’s Managing Director Alexi Bhanja, are poised to make a significant impact in Hong Kong’s sustainability landscape.
As Technical Director and Managing Principal for the Air Quality and Noise Management business line, Antony Wong brings unparalleled leadership skills and industry knowledge. His guidance will not only benefit our clients directly but also foster collaboration within ESC, strengthening our ability to deliver tailored solutions across all our offices. Antony brings over 25 years of environmental consulting experience in Southeast Asia. With involvement in 350+ projects, he specializes in areas such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), air and noise modeling and assessment, land contamination, sewerage and drainage assessment, environmental due diligence auditing, and Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A).
As a Senior Consultant, Cindy Chung brings over ten years of experience in EIA, noise modelling and assessment, sewerage and drainage assessment and subsea cable permitting and EM&A. Cindy’s expertise and leadership will support our management’s goals in navigating the dynamic landscape of environmental sustainability and regulations.
As a Consultant, Julie Chan brings a background in EIA, air quality modelling and assessment, sewerage and drainage assessment, and EM&A. Her valuable skill-set will contribute to delivering purpose-fit solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client.
