ESC’s e-PTW system gets implemented in 12 Singapore workspaces

A leading workplace solutions provider is pushing ahead with the digitalisation of its operations by adopting ESC’s e-Permit to Work (e-PTW) software in twelve of its Singapore workspaces. The cloud-based platform – which was named by BlueKanGo Software among its top three environmental, health, and safety applications for 2021 – will be used by the company to centrally manage and control hazards associated with high-risk work activities at their facilities, such as hot work, and working at height or in confined spaces.

The switch to ESC’s e-PTW will streamline the company’s activities by enabling it to manage tenants and subcontractors permit applications, as well as compliance, across all of its industrial spaces on one system. Additionally, the platform is fully integrated, meaning that the entire permit to work process – from initial application to job completion – can be managed centrally. Such features will provide the company with tangible gains in efficiency and productivity by reducing its overall administrative burden and time spent on compiling the documentation and chasing up signatures.

The e-PTW system will also allow the client to digitally expand and incorporate other EHS management systems onto the platform and adjust the parameters of existing ones. This administrative flexibility will ease the company’s transition into new sectors and spaces and help it to adapt to any regulatory changes in environments where they are currently active.

Given that ESC also offers its clients access to a local team of expert EHS consultants, it is little wonder that a growing number of organisations across Asia are taking advantage of the benefits of going digital with ESC.
