ESC is pleased to announce the new appointment of Mahrizal Paru as Project Operations Manager for ESC Indonesia and Malaysia. In this new role Mahrizal will be overseeing all project operational matters in the delivery and project management of the projects and business development.
Mahrizal brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder mapping and engagement, facilitation and participatory mapping, resettlement and economic displacement, livelihood restoration plan, Indigenous People Development Plan, community development, grievance mechanism, IFC PS, ESIA, EIA/Amdal, baseline social survey, socio-economic analysis and in the field agroforestry and social forestry. He was previously Senior Social Consultant at ESC Malaysia.
