Job Responsibilities

Assistant Finance Manager
To support the Regional Finance Manager in overseeing regional finance and tax activities. Ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and effective day-to-day finance operations in line with group policies and local regulations.
Job Responsibilities

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for regional entities

As a Senior Consultant at ESC, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality environmental, health, safety and sustainability consultancy services. Reporting to the Principal Consultant, you will lead and support local and regional due diligence assignments and environmental & social impact studies while contributing to our corporate sustainability advisory and sustainable finance service offering. You will be required to coordinate and manage projects, guide consultants and associate consultants, while ensuring technically robust, timely and client‑focused deliverables. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ESG & HSE Due Diligence, including environmental, social, and health & safety diligence for investors, supporting M&A transactions, and portfolio-level advisory.
- Lead and manage Corporate Sustainability Advisory services, such as ESG ratings and benchmarking, and/or climate- and nature-related (TCFD, TNFD) strategy, action plans and disclosures.
- Manage tasks for Environmental & Social Impact Assessment studies to international lender standards ref. IFC PS, World Bank EHS and/or ADB.
- Prepare high‑quality deliverables such as assessment reports and technical presentations, and effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and human resources.
